What is CSOK Plus?

The CSOK Plusz support is a perfect choice for married couples considering starting a family or seeking a loan for their existing child/children.

In addition to a fixed-rate loan of up to 3% interest and a maximum amount of 50 million HUF, applicants are also eligible for exemption from transfer tax and VAT reimbursement. For the second and each subsequent child born after the application, 10 million HUF will be deducted from the loan principal.

Who can use it?

Only married couples, where the wife has not reached the age of 41.


With at least two years of social security employment history.


It can only be applied for with the commitment to have additional children, regardless of any existing children.


It is available for residential properties to be expanded or constructed, throughout the entire country.


In the case of purchasing the first joint home, the CSOK Plus can be used for the acquisition of a property worth up to 80 million HUF. In the case of a family expansion, the CSOK Plus can be requested for a purchased or expanded property with a maximum value of 150 million HUF.

Couples applying for the CSOK Plus have 4 years for the first child, 8 years for the second child, and 10 years for the birth of the third child.


In the case of the CSOK Plus support, a discounted, fixed 3% loan is available with a term of 10-25 years. For the second child and each subsequent child born, 10 million HUF is forgiven as state aid.

The loan amount depends on the number of children:

• 1 child – maximum 15 million HUF
• 2 children – maximum 30 million HUF
• 3 children – maximum 50 million HUF
