Tasks:
Supporting the daily tasks of the Managing Director
Supporting and facilitating executive decision-making processes
Filing, forwarding, archiving incoming and outgoing documents, and managing correspondence
Procuring office supplies necessary for daily operations
Hosting and attending to guests during visits
Managing and maintaining various records
Performing additional administrative tasks
What we ask:
Have at least a secondary education
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Be accurate and precise
Have good communication skills
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Have experience in a similar position
You should have a category B driving license and active driving experience
