Tasks:
Establishing a warehouse inventory management system (knowledge of the Apollo system is an advantage).
Creating an organized master database, accurate movement documents, periodic reports, and regulatory documentation.
On-site warehouse management and maintaining warehouse order.
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods.
Organizing and placing warehouse stock.
Keeping inventory records up to date and providing regular reports.
Conducting physical inventory counts and stocktaking.
Liaising with the Project Manager and Technical Preparators.
Adhering to safety regulations.
Utilizing warehouse management software.
Manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
Picking and preparing orders.
What we ask for:
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
3–5 years of experience in warehouse management.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Precision and high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
Valid Category B driver’s license.
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of warehouse management software
Forklift operator’s license.
Experience or knowledge within the construction industry.
