Tasks:
Execution and supervision of on-site implementation of requests and information received from project management
Documentation of on-site changes and forwarding them to project management
Conducting surveys
Quality control
Operational support for the Chief Construction Manager’s work
On-site administration, tracking of material movements
Supervision of the on-site implementation of investor requirements
Adherence to deadlines
What we ask:
Have a degree in architecture or civil engineering
At least 2-3 years of experience in construction
Be familiar with and be able to use Microsoft Office and Archicad software
You should have good communication skills and be agile
You should have a systems-thinking mindset and a construction-centered approach
You should enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
You should have a category B driving license
Be accurate and precise
