Tasks:
Operational support for the chief construction manager’s work
Conducting surveys and setting out
Receiving and inspecting completed work processes
Daily coordination with subcontractors
Checking material inventories and material movements
Ensuring and maintaining the construction site
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
On-site administration
Ensuring deadlines are met
What we ask:
You should have a qualification in construction trade or technical school
You should have a construction-focused mindset
You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in on-site construction management
You should be familiar with Microsoft Office at least at a user level
You should have good communication skills and a technical mindset
You should enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
You should have a category B driver’s license
You should be characterized by meticulousness and precision during the inspection of works
