In addition to the displays, all functions are also accessible via a mobile app, so you can adjust the temperature, humidity, or even talk to the delivery person at the door with just a few taps on your phone.
If needed, additional smart home features are available, such as lighting control, smart socket integration, or you can even choose designer switches for your home.
In the Penthouse apartments, even more smart home solutions await you. Along with the larger Berlin-type central display, the Helsinki-type display in the living room also features a built-in humidity sensor, allowing you to set the optimal temperature for your home. Additionally, lighting control is an integrated part of the smart home system, and Pierre switches replace the traditional light switches, ensuring both comfort and style.

Basic System and Features
The PIERRE Smart Home Solution uses wired technology, which allows you to control heating and cooling, water, hot water, and energy usage measurement, as well as the intercom and blinds. Using the special PIERRE wall-mounted displays in the apartments, you can easily control your living space, such as adjusting the temperature.
Utility Measurements and Energy Efficiency
The PIERRE system collects data from utility meters (cold and hot water, energy usage) and transmits it to the central monitoring system. This way, you can easily track your monthly consumption and energy-efficient usage, helping you reduce your utility costs and make your life more sustainable.
The PIERRE system can be expanded with wireless devices (Pierre Wave), so you can enrich your home with additional smart home features. These could include lighting control, RGB LED strip control, blind control, motion sensors, opening sensors, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, smart sockets, flood sensors, and many other comfort features.
Remote Control and Customization
