Tasks:
Sales of properties owned by the company group
Sending price quotes, following up with inquiries, daily administration
On-site property presentations, organizing and conducting negotiations
Participation in the contract signing process
Coordinating the handover of completed properties
Daily communication with the technical and financial departments
Representing the company at professional exhibitions and events
What we ask:
You should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
You should have outstanding communication skills and enjoy working with clients
You should be able to communicate in English at a negotiable level
Be accurate and precise
Have a category B driving license and active driving experience
Be proficient in using MS Office programs
