We are pleased to inform you that the Beluga Bay project has reached the technical handover phase. This is an important milestone on the journey toward your new home.
The technical handover will take place in multiple phases to ensure a smooth and transparent personal inspection process for all our clients.
During the booking process, please select the category applicable to you (based on the number of apartments purchased and whether you have a garage or storage unit), then choose a suitable appointment time.
If you are unable to attend at your selected time, please notify us as soon as possible — changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. In case of later changes, a new appointment will be assigned in the next phase, subject to available capacity.
