The Falusi CSOK is an excellent option for those who wish to buy, build, expand, or renovate a property in smaller villages. The support is non-repayable, meaning it does not need to be paid back if the conditions are met, and there is no need for a creditworthiness check. The amount of support can be up to 15 million forints, depending on the number of children. Additionally, a discounted loan with a 3% interest rate can be requested alongside the Falusi CSOK if the support is applied for after at least two children.
