Who are we?
iDOM was founded by a team with decades of experience in the real estate and investment sector. In the past, the main focus was on commercial and industrial property development and utilization. However, thanks to the favorable market conditions, we have increasingly become a prominent player in the residential property development sector.

During the projects, we are both the investor and the general contractor. Every time, iDOM serves as the main contractor, and we delegate all work processes to subcontractors. Project management is strictly internal, allowing us to closely monitor material procurement and create real market competition among applicants. In some cases, commercial real estate development is also involved, but our primary goal remains the realization of residential property projects.
The owners are convinced that a company’s success is not only dependent on them but also on the employees they work with. That’s why the management team consists of highly skilled, experienced colleagues.
